नातितृप्तः क्षुधार्तो न न विण्मूत्रप्रबाधितः । नाध्वखिन्नो न चिंतार्तो योगं युंजीत योगवित्
nātitṛptaḥ kṣudhārto na na viṇmūtraprabādhitaḥ | nādhvakhinno na ciṃtārto yogaṃ yuṃjīta yogavit
Sem estar excessivamente saciado, nem atormentado pela fome, nem incomodado por fezes ou urina, nem exausto da viagem, nem aflito pela ansiedade, o conhecedor do yoga deve então aplicar-se ao yoga.
