Transliteration

ādau pādatalaṃ rekhāstatoṃguṣṭhāṃgulī nakhāḥ | pṛṣṭhagulphadvayaṃ pārṣṇī jaṃghe romāṇi jānunī

Translation

Primeiro, a planta do pé e suas linhas; depois o hálux, os demais dedos e as unhas; em seguida o peito do pé, o par de tornozelos, o calcanhar, as panturrilhas, os pelos (ali) e os joelhos.
