संप्रधार्येति स विभुः सर्वतश्चित्स्वरूपया । तया सह जगद्धात्र्या जगद्धाताऽथ धूर्जटिः

saṃpradhāryeti sa vibhuḥ sarvataścitsvarūpayā | tayā saha jagaddhātryā jagaddhātā'tha dhūrjaṭiḥ

Tendo assim deliberado, aquele Senhor onipenetrante—Dhūrjaṭi (Śiva), sustentador dos mundos—junto com a Mãe do Mundo, cuja natureza é Consciência pura em toda parte, pôs-se a agir para ordenar a criação.
