Type: kshetra
Scene: Agastya stands (or kneels) with hands cupped together in añjali, eyes lowered in devotion, chanting Veda-born hymns to Skanda; the air seems to vibrate with sacred sound, while the deity listens with calm grace.
Devotion is expressed through stuti: honoring the deity with both scriptural (śruti) hymns and heartfelt personal praise.
Skandavana is the implied sacred setting where the stuti and worship occur.
Añjali (joined hands) and stotra/stuti (hymnic praise) are described as acts of worship.
