सदंभा निम्नगाराजिर्न यत्र जनता क्वचित् । कुलान्येव कुलीनानि न चान्यायधनानि च

sadaṃbhā nimnagārājirna yatra janatā kvacit | kulānyeva kulīnāni na cānyāyadhanāni ca

Ali, em parte alguma o povo será arrogante; os cursos dos rios serão belos e ordenados. As famílias serão de fato nobres, e não haverá riqueza obtida pela injustiça.
