Transliteration

kuśāgranīraviprūṣastṛṣitā yatayo'piban | vātāśinotikṣudhitāḥ pādāgrāṃguṣṭha bhūspṛśaḥ

Translation

Os ascetas, sedentos, não bebem sequer as gotas d’água na ponta da relva kuśa; embora muito famintos, vivem apenas de ar; e permanecem de pé tocando o chão só com a ponta dos dedos dos pés.
