यदि ह्यसौ दैत्यवरान्निरस्तान्संजीवयेदत्र पुनःपुनस्तान् । जयः कुतो नो भविता महेश गणेश्वराणां कुत एव शांतिः
yadi hyasau daityavarānnirastānsaṃjīvayedatra punaḥpunastān | jayaḥ kuto no bhavitā maheśa gaṇeśvarāṇāṃ kuta eva śāṃtiḥ
«Pois, se ele continua a reanimar aqui, repetidas vezes, aqueles Daityas supremos que abatemos, como poderá a vitória ser nossa, ó Maheśa? E como haverá paz para os senhores das gaṇas?»
