हा हंतहंतभवता भव तापहारी कस्माद्विधेऽत्र विदधे बहुभिः प्रयत्नैः । बालो विशालगुणसिंधुमगाधमध्यं सद्रत्नसारमखिलं सविधं विधाय

hā haṃtahaṃtabhavatā bhava tāpahārī kasmādvidhe'tra vidadhe bahubhiḥ prayatnaiḥ | bālo viśālaguṇasiṃdhumagādhamadhyaṃ sadratnasāramakhilaṃ savidhaṃ vidhāya

Ai! Ai! Ó Criador—tu que removes o ardor das aflições do mundo—por que o formaste aqui com tantos esforços: um menino que era um imenso oceano de virtudes, de profundezas insondáveis, a essência de todas as gemas preciosas, perfeito em tudo?
