समागतोस्मि तीर्थेऽस्मिन्नागस्त्ये मुनिसत्तम । स्वनयस्य सुतोद्वाहसिद्ध्यर्थं गुरुचोदितः
samāgatosmi tīrthe'sminnāgastye munisattama | svanayasya sutodvāhasiddhyarthaṃ gurucoditaḥ
«Ó melhor dos sábios, cheguei a este vau sagrado de Agastya, instigado por meu mestre, para realizar o meio de providenciar o casamento do filho de Svānaya».
