कुविवाहः क्रियालोपः कुले पतनहेतवः । कुर्याद्वैवाहिके चाग्नौ गृह्यकर्म्मान्वहं गृही

Transliteration

kuvivāhaḥ kriyālopaḥ kule patanahetavaḥ | kuryādvaivāhike cāgnau gṛhyakarmmānvahaṃ gṛhī

Translation

Um mau casamento e a omissão dos ritos prescritos tornam-se causas da queda de uma família. Por isso, o chefe de casa deve realizar continuamente os ritos domésticos (gṛhya-karman) no fogo sagrado do matrimônio.
