apatyavikrayātkalpaṃ vasedviṭkṛmibhojane | ato nāṇvapi kanyāyā upajīvyaṃ narairdhanam
Ao vender a própria prole, um homem habitaria por um kalpa o reino onde vermes se alimentam de imundície. Portanto, não se deve viver nem do menor bem obtido pelo “preço” de uma filha.
