स्त्रीशूद्रावाथ संस्पर्शमात्रेणापि विशुध्यतः । शिरः शब्दं सकंठं वा जले मुक्तशिखोऽपि वा
strīśūdrāvātha saṃsparśamātreṇāpi viśudhyataḥ | śiraḥ śabdaṃ sakaṃṭhaṃ vā jale muktaśikho'pi vā
Mulheres e śūdras purificam-se até pelo simples contato (com a água do ācamana). Deve-se purificar tocando com água a cabeça, os órgãos (dos sentidos) e a garganta, mesmo que os cabelos estejam soltos na água.
