Transliteration

rurodha ca purīṃ laṃkāṃ sītārthaṃ śubhalakṣaṇaḥ | tṛtīyādidaśamyaṃtaṃ niveśaśca dināṣṭakaḥ

Translation

E Rāma, de sinais auspiciosos, cercou a cidade de Laṅkā por causa de Sītā. Do terceiro dia até o décimo, o acampamento perdurou por oito dias.
