यावत्त्रस्तमृगीदृष्टिं चपलां न विलोकयेत् । तावन्माता पिता तावद्धाता तावत्ससुहृज्जनः
yāvattrastamṛgīdṛṣṭiṃ capalāṃ na vilokayet | tāvanmātā pitā tāvaddhātā tāvatsasuhṛjjanaḥ
Enquanto alguém não lançar o olhar para o relance inquieto, semelhante ao do cervo, que perturba a mente, mãe e pai permanecem como verdadeiros protetores; o Criador (a Providência) sustenta; e os amigos sinceros e benfeitores permanecem firmes.
