स्नात्वा यः कुरुते चात्र पितृपिंडोदकक्रियाः । पितरस्तस्य तृप्यंति यावद्ब्रह्मदिवानिशम्

Transliteration

snātvā yaḥ kurute cātra pitṛpiṃḍodakakriyāḥ | pitarastasya tṛpyaṃti yāvadbrahmadivāniśam

Translation

Quem se banha e depois realiza aqui os ritos do piṇḍa e as oferendas de água aos antepassados, seus Pitṛs permanecem satisfeitos enquanto perdurarem o dia e a noite de Brahmā.
