यथा माता ममाचष्ट नेयं माता तथा मम । निर्गुणेष्वपि पुत्रेषु न माता निर्गुणा भवेत्
yathā mātā mamācaṣṭa neyaṃ mātā tathā mama | nirguṇeṣvapi putreṣu na mātā nirguṇā bhavet
«Como minha mãe falou, desse modo ela não é verdadeiramente minha mãe. Ainda que os filhos sejam sem virtudes, uma mãe não deveria tornar-se desprovida de virtude.»
