Transliteration

tasmātkecinmahātmānaḥ sakalānviṣayāsavān | tyajaṃti śivapūjārthe svadehamapi dustyajam

Translation

Por isso, alguns grandes de alma abandonam todos os objetos sensoriais intoxicantes; pelo culto a Śiva, renunciam até ao próprio corpo, tão difícil de largar.
