देव्युवाच । प्रीतास्मि ते मुनिश्रेष्ठ वत्से प्रीतास्मि तेऽनघे । किं वा ददाम्यभिमतं देवानामपि दुर्लभम्
devyuvāca | prītāsmi te muniśreṣṭha vatse prītāsmi te'naghe | kiṃ vā dadāmyabhimataṃ devānāmapi durlabham
A Deusa disse: «Ó melhor dos sábios, estou satisfeita contigo; querida filha, ó irrepreensível, estou satisfeita contigo. Que dádiva desejada devo conceder, uma que é difícil de obter até mesmo para os deuses?»
