स्वयं स्नातः शुचिर्भूत्वा प्रणम्य विबुधेश्वरान् । तमग्निं द्विः परिक्रम्य शिवं दध्यौ समाहितः
svayaṃ snātaḥ śucirbhūtvā praṇamya vibudheśvarān | tamagniṃ dviḥ parikramya śivaṃ dadhyau samāhitaḥ
Ele mesmo se banhou e, tornando-se puro, prostrou-se diante dos senhores dos deuses. Depois circundou duas vezes aquele fogo sagrado e, com a mente recolhida, meditou em Śiva.
