Brahmā–Viṣṇu-Pūjā: Upacāra-Vistāra and Īśvara’s Prasāda
Offerings in Shiva Worship and the Lord’s Grace
Lord Shiva
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Sadāśiva
Role: liberating
It identifies Shiva as Para Brahman—transcendent, undivided Reality—and emphasizes that liberation ultimately depends on His anugraha (grace), a key Shaiva Siddhanta theme where the Lord (Pati) frees the bound soul (pashu) from bondage (pasha).
Though Shiva is declared partless and supreme, devotees approach Him through Saguna forms such as the Shiva Linga—an accessible focus for devotion and meditation—through which the same Nirguna Supreme bestows grace.
Meditate on Shiva as the undivided Supreme while repeating the Panchakshara mantra (Om Namaḥ Śivāya), praying specifically for anugraha (divine grace) as the inner key to purification and moksha.
