तमाविशत्तदा विष्णुर्भगवांस्तेजसा प्रभुः । उत्तंकस्य नियोगाद्वै लोकानां हितकाम्यया
tamāviśattadā viṣṇurbhagavāṃstejasā prabhuḥ | uttaṃkasya niyogādvai lokānāṃ hitakāmyayā
Então o Senhor Viṣṇu—majestoso e soberano—entrou nele pelo poder do seu fulgor divino; de fato, a pedido de Uttanka, desejando o bem-estar dos mundos.

Though Viṣṇu is named, the Uma Saṁhitā’s Shaiva frame emphasizes that saguna divine action—manifest power, radiance, and protection—functions within the larger governance of Pati (Śiva). Devotees learn to revere manifest divine help while orienting it toward Śiva-centered liberation.
Meditate on tejas (divine light) as protective grace while repeating a Śiva-mantra such as the Pañcākṣarī (“Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) for lokahita-saṅkalpa (welfare intention), aligning personal practice with the good of all beings.
