इत्यष्टौ सुवरान्देहि देवदेव नमोऽस्तु ते । सर्वेश्वरस्त्वमेवासि मत्प्रभुश्च विशेषतः
ityaṣṭau suvarāndehi devadeva namo'stu te | sarveśvarastvamevāsi matprabhuśca viśeṣataḥ
“Assim, ó Deus dos deuses, concede-me estas oito dádivas excelentes. Saudações reverentes a Ti. Só Tu és o Senhor de tudo; e, em particular, Tu és o meu próprio Mestre.”
