कूटसाक्ष्यं तु यो वक्ति विना विप्रान् सुरांश्च गाः । सदाऽनृतं वदेद्यस्तु स नरो याति रौरवम्
kūṭasākṣyaṃ tu yo vakti vinā viprān surāṃśca gāḥ | sadā'nṛtaṃ vadedyastu sa naro yāti rauravam
Mas o homem que dá falso testemunho—sem respeito pelos brāhmaṇas, pelos deuses e pelas vacas—e que habitualmente fala inverdades, vai ao inferno de Raurava.
