Gṛhapati’s Vow: Turning Grief into Mṛtyuñjaya–Mahākāla Sādhana (गृहपतेः प्रतिज्ञा—मृत्युंजय-महाकालजपः)
ईश्वर उवाच । शिशो गृहपते शक्राद्वज्रोद्यतकरादहो । ज्ञात भीतोऽसि मा भैषीर्जिज्ञासा ते मया कृता
īśvara uvāca | śiśo gṛhapate śakrādvajrodyatakarādaho | jñāta bhīto'si mā bhaiṣīrjijñāsā te mayā kṛtā
Īśvara disse: «Ó criança, ó senhor do lar—ah! ficaste com medo ao ver Indra com a mão erguida, empunhando o vajra. Eu o sei. Não temas; isto foi apenas uma prova realizada por Mim, por desejo de te compreender.»
