The verse highlights sāguṇa-Śiva’s accessible majesty: divine radiance, order, and auspicious beauty. In Shaiva Siddhānta, such darśana strengthens bhakti and purifies the bound soul (paśu), drawing it toward Śiva (Pati) through grace.
The resplendent sabhā of Śambhu reflects the same auspicious presence devotees approach in liṅga-worship: a tangible focus for reverence. It supports the idea that the formless Supreme also reveals Himself in gracious, perceivable forms for devotees’ upliftment.
Contemplate Śiva’s radiant presence (dhyāna) while repeating the Pañcākṣarī—"Om Namaḥ Śivāya"—and, if practiced, wear rudrākṣa and apply tripuṇḍra (bhasma) as reminders of Śiva’s guardianship and purity.
