शङ्खचूडकृततपः—ब्रह्मवरकवचप्राप्तिः / Śaṅkhacūḍa’s Austerity—Brahmā’s Boon and the Bestowal of the Kavaca
वरं ब्रूहीति प्रोवाच दानवेन्द्रं विधिस्तदा । स दृष्ट्वा तं ननामाति नम्रस्तुष्टाव सद्गिरा
varaṃ brūhīti provāca dānavendraṃ vidhistadā | sa dṛṣṭvā taṃ nanāmāti namrastuṣṭāva sadgirā
Então Vidhī (Brahmā) disse ao senhor dos dānavas: “Dize qual dádiva desejas.” Ao vê-lo, o rei dānava prostrou-se com reverência e, humilde, louvou-o com palavras nobres.
