क्व त्वं कमलपत्राक्षी क्वासौ वै त्रिविलोचनः । शशांकवदना त्वं च पंचवक्त्रः शिवस्स्मृतः

kva tvaṃ kamalapatrākṣī kvāsau vai trivilocanaḥ | śaśāṃkavadanā tvaṃ ca paṃcavaktraḥ śivassmṛtaḥ

“Onde estás tu, ó de olhos como pétalas de lótus? E onde, de fato, está aquele Senhor de três olhos? Tu tens face de lua, e Ele é lembrado como Śiva de cinco faces.”
