देवस्तुतिः—नन्दिकेश्वरविज्ञप्तिः—शम्भोः समाधेः उत्थानम्

लोहदारुमयैः पाशैर्दृढं बद्धोऽपि मुच्यते । स्त्र्यादिपाशसुसंबद्धो मुच्यते न कदाचन
lohadārumayaiḥ pāśairdṛḍhaṃ baddho'pi mucyate | stryādipāśasusaṃbaddho mucyate na kadācana
Mesmo quem está firmemente preso por grilhões de ferro ou de madeira ainda pode ser solto; mas aquele que está estreitamente enlaçado pelo laço do apego à mulher e ao que é semelhante nunca é libertado, em tempo algum.
