शोषदाहप्लवान्कुर्याद्रेचकादि क्रमेण तु । सषोडशचतुष्षष्टिद्वात्रिंशद्गणनायुतैः

Então, seguindo a sequência correta começando com o recaka (expiração), devem-se realizar as três operações internas—śoṣa (secar), dāha (aquecer/queimar) e plāva (inundar/imersão)—com contagens medidas de 16, 64 e 32 repetições.
