मुक्तयतिदेहसंस्काररहस्यं — The Esoteric Rites for the Bodies of Liberated Ascetics
अनुगृह्य महामंत्रतात्पर्यम्परमेश्वरः । पूर्णोहं भावनारूपः शंभुर स्मीति निश्चलम्
anugṛhya mahāmaṃtratātparyamparameśvaraḥ | pūrṇohaṃ bhāvanārūpaḥ śaṃbhura smīti niścalam
Tendo concedido graça, o Senhor Supremo revela o sentido interior do grande mantra: “Eu sou o Todo-Completo; minha própria natureza é a pura consciência contemplativa. Eu sou Śambhu.” Assim, deve-se permanecer firme e inabalável nessa certeza.
Lord Shiva (Parameshvara)
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Sadāśiva
Mantra: pūrṇo'haṃ bhāvanārūpaḥ śaṃbhur asmīti niścalam
Type: stotra
Role: teaching
It teaches that mantra is fulfilled when its “tātparya” becomes direct inner certainty: by Shiva’s grace, the seeker abides steadily in the realization of Śambhu as the complete, liberating Lord.
Linga/Saguna worship steadies the mind and invokes Shiva’s grace; this verse points to the inner culmination—firm bhāvanā (contemplation) where the worshipper’s awareness rests in Śambhu’s presence and meaning.
Japa of the mahāmantra with bhāvanā: repeat it steadily, contemplate its essential meaning, and remain niścalā (unwavering) in devotion and meditative absorption until the mind becomes one-pointed in Śiva.
