मा नो हेतिर्विवस्वत आदित्याः कृत्रिमा शरुः । पुरा नु जरसो वधीत् ॥
Transliteration
mā́ no hetír vivásvata ādityāḥ kṛ́trimā śár uḥ | purā́ nu járaso vadhīt ||
Translation
Que a arma de Vivasvat não nos fira, ó Ādityas—nem o dardo hostil fabricado; que ela não nos abata antes do tempo, antes que tenhamos amadurecido para além do peso da velhice.
