Sukta 8.21
अच्छा च त्वैना नमसा वदामसि किं मुहुश्चिद्वि दीधयः । सन्ति कामासो हरिवो ददिष्ट्वं स्मो वयं सन्ति नो धियः ॥
ácchā ca tvā enā námasā vádāmasi kím múhuś cid ví dīdhayaḥ | sánti kā́māso harivo dadíṣ ṭváṃ smó vayáṃ sánti no dhíyaḥ ||
Para ti falamos com esta reverência: por que haveríamos, vez após vez, de nos dispersar nos pensamentos? Pois aqui estão os desejos, ó senhor dos corcéis fulvos; tu és o Doador — e também em nós há pensamentos: que se tornem luminosos.
