समिद्धो अग्न आहुत देवान्यक्षि स्वध्वर । त्वं हि हव्यवाळसि ॥
Transliteration
sámiddho agna ā́huta devā́ny ákṣi svadhvara | tváṃ hí havya-vā́ḷ asi ||
Translation
Ó Agni, aceso e honrado com a oferenda, sacrifica aos deuses pelo caminho bem ordenado do sacrifício; pois tu és, em verdade, o Havyavāh, o portador que leva a oblação às potências divinas.
