अनु स्वधामक्षरन्नापो अस्यावर्धत मध्य आ नाव्यानाम् । सध्रीचीनेन मनसा तमिन्द्र ओजिष्ठेन हन्मनाहन्नभि द्यून् ॥

Transliteration

ánu svadhā́m akṣaran nā́po asyā́vardhata mádhya ā́ nā́vyānām | sadhrīcīnéna mánasā tám indra ójiṣṭhena hánmanā ahann abhí dyū́n ||

Translation

Então as águas correram segundo a sua própria lei (svadhā), e, no meio, cresceram as correntes novas. Com mente reta, Indra o golpeou com a mais potente mandíbula; rompeu caminho até os dias fulgentes, quebrando o laço que impedia a luz de se manifestar.
