Embora eu deseje abatê-lo, as lágrimas turvam e contêm meus olhos. Esse Lakṣmaṇa de braços poderosos o apaziguará e o porá a termo por si mesmo. Vós, vānara, reuni-vos e destruí seus servos que se aproximam.
"I wish to kill him, tears are clouding my eyes. Mighty armed Lakshmana will kill him. Vanaras collected together are coming near him and can destroy his attendants."
Righteous action may require self-restraint: personal emotion is acknowledged, yet duty is fulfilled by ensuring the right agent (Lakṣmaṇa) completes the necessary act.
Vibhīṣaṇa, torn by emotion, recognizes Lakṣmaṇa as the one who will defeat Indrajit and orders the vānaras to eliminate Indrajit’s supporting attendants.
Practical wisdom and disciplined leadership—channeling forces appropriately while mastering grief.
