Ao ver seu marido morto, e também o poderoso Lakshmana, Sita, consumida pela dor, lamentou intensa e piedosamente.
On seeing her husband killed and also mighty Lakshmana, Sita became emotional in intense sorrow and cried piteously.
Dharma includes acknowledging human grief without moral collapse. Sītā’s sorrow is real, yet her deeper commitment to truth and fidelity is tested rather than negated.
Sītā is shown a scene (deceptive in context) of Rāma and Lakṣmaṇa lying as if dead; she responds with intense lamentation.
Sītā’s deep love and loyalty, expressed through sincere mourning.
