Transliteration

vānarair balavadbhiś ca babhūva drumapāṇibhiḥ | saṃvṛtā sarvato laṅkā duṣpraveśā 'pi vāyunā ||6.41.53||

Translation

Laṅkā ficou cercada por todos os lados pelos poderosos Vānaras, com árvores nas mãos—tão selada que até o vento teria dificuldade de entrar.
