युद्धलक्षण-निमित्तदर्शनं तथा लङ्काद्वारव्यूहः

War Omens and the Encirclement of Lanka’s Gates

ह्रस्वोरूक्षोऽप्रशस्तश्चपरिवेषस्सुलोहितः ।आदित्यमण्डलेनीलंलक्ष्मलक्ष्मण दृश्यते ।।6.41.18।।

hrasvo rūkṣo 'praśastaś ca pariveṣaḥ su-lohitaḥ | ādityamaṇḍale nīlaṁ lakṣma lakṣmaṇa dṛśyate ||

Ó Lakṣmaṇa, vê-se ao redor do sol um halo curto, áspero e de mau presságio, de vermelho acobreado; e dentro do disco solar aparece uma marca escura.
