Saramā Consoles Sītā; Preparations in Laṅkā
श्रीस्त्वांभजतिशोकघ्नीरक्षसांभयमागतम् ।रामःकमलपत्राक्षोदैत्यानामिववासवः ।।।।निर्जित्यजितक्रोधस्त्वामचिन्तपराक्रमः ।रावणंसमरेहत्वाभर्तात्वाऽधिगमिष्यति ।।।।
śrīs tvāṃ bhajati śokaghnī rakṣasāṃ bhayam āgatam |
rāmaḥ kamalapatrākṣo daityānām iva vāsavaḥ |
nirjitya jitakrodhas tvām acintaparākramaḥ |
rāvaṇaṃ samare hatvā bhartā tvām adhigamiṣyati ||
A Fortuna que dissipa a dor virá a ti, e o medo cairá sobre os rākṣasas. Rāma, de olhos como pétalas de lótus—como Vāsava (Indra) contra os Dāityas—tendo vencido a ira e possuindo um valor inconcebível, matará Rāvaṇa em batalha e te reconquistará; teu esposo te alcançará novamente.
