सागरप्रशमनम् / The Pacification of the Ocean and the Building of Nala’s Bridge
समुद्रंक्षोभयामासुर्वानराश्चस्समन्ततः ।सूत्राण्यन्येप्रगृह्णान्तिव्यायतंशतयोजनम् ।।।।
samudraṃ kṣobhayāmāsur vānarāś ca samantataḥ |
sūtrāṇy anye pragṛhṇanti vyāyataṃ śatayojanam ||
Os vānaras revolveram o oceano por todos os lados; outros seguravam cordas de medição, estendidas por cem yojanas, para manter a obra alinhada e nivelada.
