Then seeing Sri Rama standing and thinking of the war, duly prepared, Rishi Agastya came with Devatas to witness the war with Ravana and spoke as follows.
Dharma includes receiving wise counsel at critical moments; even the righteous warrior pauses to reflect and accept guidance rather than acting from exhaustion or impulse.
On the battlefield, before the climactic confrontation, Agastya arrives with the gods to witness events and to instruct Rāma.
Rāma’s composure and deliberation under pressure—thoughtful restraint even amid war.
