Transliteration

kharāś ca khara-nirghoṣā gagane paruṣā ghanāḥ |

autpātikāni nardantaḥ samantāt paricakramuḥ ||

Translation

Nuvens portentosas e terríveis, ásperas e densas, zurrando no céu como jumentos, rodopiavam por todos os lados, anunciando presságios sombrios na batalha.
