Transliteration

aśrupūrṇamukhī dīnā bāṣpasandigdhabhāṣiṇī |

mamotpatana-sambhrāntā śokavega-samāhatā ||

Translation

Com o rosto cheio de lágrimas, ela estava abatida; suas palavras, turvadas pelo soluço, mal se distinguiam. Perturbada pelo meu voo iminente, foi tomada pela torrente do pesar.
