विज्ञापनम् / Dadhimukha Reports the Madhuvana Incident
नैवर्क्षरजसा राजन्न त्वया नापि वालिना।वनं निसृष्टपूर्वं हि भक्षितं तच्च वानरैः।।।।
naivarkṣarajasā rājann tvayā nāpi vālinā |
vanaṃ nisṛṣṭapūrvaṃ hi bhakṣitaṃ tacca vānaraiḥ ||
“Ó Rei, nem no tempo de Ṛkṣarāja, nem no teu, nem sequer no de Vāli, este bosque foi alguma vez franqueado à livre entrada; e, no entanto, esses vānara o consumiram e o devastaram.”
