जम्बुमालिं च निहतं किङ्करांश्च महाबलान्।चुक्रोध रावणश्शुत्वा कोपसंरक्तलोचनः।।।।

Transliteration

jambumāliṃ ca nihataṃ kiṅkarāṃś ca mahābalān | cukrodha rāvaṇaḥ śrutvā kopasaṃrakta-locanaḥ ||

Translation

Ao ouvir que Jāmbumālin fora morto e que os poderosos Kiṅkaras também haviam sido destruídos, Rāvaṇa inflamou-se de fúria, com os olhos rubros de ira.
