Dharma is careful observation in service of truth (satya): noticing a distinctive landmark supports the truthful aim of locating Sītā.
Hanumān’s search brings him to a notable śiṃśupā tree—an important visual marker within the garden setting.
Pramāda-abhāva (freedom from negligence): he attends to details that may guide him to Sītā.
