ताराविलापः
Tārā’s Lament over Vāli
पेतुः क्षतजधारास्तु व्रणेभ्यस्तस्य सर्वशः।ताम्रगैरिकसम्पृक्ता धारा इव धराधरात्।।
petuḥ kṣatajadhārās tu vraṇebhyas tasya sarvaśaḥ | tāmragairikasampṛktā dhārā iva dharādharāt ||
De todas as suas feridas, por toda parte, correram torrentes de sangue, tingidas de vermelho acobreado, como regatos que descem de uma montanha.
'O hero, not caring for my words (of caution), you are now lying with great pain on hard stones on the ground.
