शिवधनुर्न्यासकथा तथा सीतोत्पत्तिविवाहशुल्क-निश्चयः

The Bow of Śiva: Its Deposit, Sītā’s Origin, and the Prowess-Brideprice Vow

प्रीतियुक्तस्स सर्वेषां ददौ तेषां महात्मनाम्।तदेतद्देवदेवस्य धनूरत्नं महात्मन:। न्यासभूतं तदा न्यस्तमस्माकं पूर्व के विभो।।1.66.12।।

prītiyuktas sa sarveṣāṁ dadau teṣāṁ mahātmanām |

tad etad devadevasya dhanūratnaṁ mahātmanaḥ |

nyāsabhūtaṁ tadā nyastam asmākaṁ pūrvake vibho ||1.66.12||

Satisfeito com todos, concedeu àqueles grandes seres o arco, joia preciosa, do grande Devadeva (Śiva). Depois, ó Senhor, ele foi depositado como sagrada custódia junto ao nosso ancestral de outrora.
