Arrival at the Sacrificial Ground and Janaka’s Reception
सिद्धाश्रमनिवासं च राक्षसानां वधं तथा।।1.50.23।।तच्चागमनमव्यग्रं विशालायाश्च दर्शनम्।अहल्यादर्शनं चैव गौतमेन समागमम्।।1.50.24।। महाधनुषि जिज्ञासां कर्तुमागमनं तथा।एतत्सर्वं महातेजा जनकाय महात्मने ।।1.50.25।।निवेद्य विररामाथ विश्वामित्रो महामुनि:।
siddhāśramanivāsaṁ ca rākṣasānāṁ vadhaṁ tathā || 1.50.23 ||
tac cāgamanam avyagraṁ viśālāyāś ca darśanam |
ahalyādarśanaṁ caiva gautamena samāgamam || 1.50.24 ||
mahādhanuṣi jijñāsāṁ kartum āgamanaṁ tathā |
etat sarvaṁ mahātejā janakāya mahātmane || 1.50.25 ||
nivedya virarāmātha viśvāmitro mahāmuniḥ |
O grande sábio Viśvāmitra, refulgente em poder, narrou ao magnânimo Janaka tudo: a permanência em Siddhāśrama, a morte dos rākṣasas, a jornada sem inquietação, a visão de Viśālā, o encontro com Ahalyā e a reunião com Gautama, e também a vinda para conhecer o grande arco. Tendo relatado tudo, calou-se.
