Bharata’s Ferrying of the Army across the Ganga

Arise and awake. May you be ever blessed. Haul down the boats into the river. We have to ferry the army (across the river).
Dharma here is organized, responsible action for the welfare of many—promptness, coordination, and ensuring safe passage for the community/host.
A river-crossing is being arranged; the speaker rouses those in charge and orders the boats to be brought so the army can be taken across.
Leadership and vigilance—acting decisively and blessing/encouraging workers while directing a practical task tied to collective safety.
